So we have a guy who, it was two tractor trailers in a Flying J truck stop, one guy, the defendant, in this case,, pulled out and cut his wheel too hard and ended up bumping our guy’s tractor-trailer who was sleeping in his berth. So our client gets out and goes to approach the guy, and they get into a bit of a skirmish and the defendant, you know, tractor-trailer driver, gets in his truck to drive away and our guy goes to chase him on foot, climbs up his cab, and the guy opens his door, bucks him off, he falls off, and then the defendant runs him over.
