After law school, I practiced primarily medical malpractice defense in Bloomington Hills, Michigan before moving back to Utah in late 2003 to be with family. Upon returning to Utah, I practiced medical malpractice defense, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation and insurance defense at Williams & Hunt for ten years under the tutelage of 3 members of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
In 2013, I began working as in-house counsel for a successful start up incubator, followed by Independent Trust Company in 2016. In October 2018, I began at Feller & Wendt, putting my knowledge of medical malpractice and insurance defense to work for injured plaintiffs; a move that I have found incredibly rewarding because I get to help people who really need it.
