About Brian

Brian Hansen has been practicing personal injury law exclusively for the past 11 years. During that time, he has handled car wreck cases, semi-truck cases, slip and falls, trip and falls, wrongful deaths, medical malpractice, product liability, dog bite cases, and sexual abuse cases. He knows that people involved in personal injury cases are at a distinct disadvantage. On their own, they are expected to comply with whatever an insurance company demands that they do and have no leverage to negotiate a fair outcome. This is why it is so important that people find representation. Brian has experience dealing with the insurance companies and can protect individuals from the harsh games that they play. Most people he meets with simply want what’s right and that’s what he gives them. He helps people who never asked to be injury and in many cases, have had their whole lives changed, to receive fair compensation from the responsible party.

Brian is proud of the fact that when people hire him, they get him. He does not just take a case and then let his talented team take it from there. He is actively involved in every aspect of the case and ensures that every client has his personal cell phone number so they can reach him at any time. He has earned a reputation of being highly successful with premises liability cases that involve a slip and fall or trip and fall. Most injury firms do not like taking these cases because of the risk with liability issues. Brian has litigated many of them and knows how to win to the point that many firms now refer their slip and fall cases to him to handle.

Brian joined Feller & Wendt in 2010 as a law clerk and became a partner in 2014. His success rate on winning cases is over 97% and he has earned a reputation of an honest attorney who strongly advocates for his clients while also finding reasonable ways to get cases resolved. For his efforts, he has been recognized with multiple awards and honors.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife of 16 years and their 4 children. Together, they enjoy trips to Bear Lake, camping at a family cabin, going to various sporting and dancing events, and watching movies. On his own, Brian enjoys golfing, pickleball, video games, and anything to do with sports.
