Jaredโs commitment to advocacy was forged over two decades of practicing law in Washington DC and across the country. After completing a clerkship with the Colorado Supreme Court in Denver, he accepted a position at a prestigious national law firm based in DC. After making partner, he decided to pursue opportunities at boutique firms, which allowed him more freedom to represent individuals and small businesses.
Jared has built a reputation for commanding complex cases with precision and resolve. His practice spans high-stakes civil litigation, regulatory disputes, and sophisticated commercial matters in state and federal courts and arbitrations nationwide. He has represented countless clients in courtrooms, arbitrations, and regulatory battles where outcomes often meant large damage awards and lasting consequences. Many of his cases have involved eight, nine, and ten figure damage awards, and he has successfully collected over $1 billion on behalf of clients.

- Defeated summary judgment and successfully settled cases for multiple U.S. plaintiffs with claims under the Helms-Burton Act, seeking damages in excess of $100 million for trafficking in property in Cuba.
- Successfully settled trademark infringement claim against popular social media company on behalf of small business owner.
- Defeated a motion to dismiss and subsequently negotiated a favorable settlement on behalf of a doctor who claimed she was wrongfully terminated from her medical practice.
- Represented a major U.S. airline in a FINRA arbitration against a large investment bank resulting in an 8-figure award.
- Negotiated a favorable settlement for startup provider of wireless services to the aviation industry in a dispute with contractor regarding IP rights and other contract issues.
- Enforced arbitral awards on behalf of U.S. companies in matters involving claims arising from the expropriation of their oil exploration and drilling operations in Cuba, Venezuela, and Ecuador.
- Enforced claims in U.S. courts on behalf of investors involved in disputes with foreign governments, such as Venezuela, Cuba, Ecuador, Angola, Nigeria, Tanzania, Egypt, Afghanistan, Israel, Qatar, and Dubai.

Outside of his legal practice, Jared enjoys spending time outdoors, including snow sports and beach vacations. Above all, he values his role as a father to three daughters, which reinforces his commitment to responsibility, work-life balance, and showing up consistently for the people who rely on him.
