About Hattie Norcross Eppel

Harriet Norcross Eppelโ€™s path into personal injury law was shaped by early experiences centered on service and empathy. As a volunteer supporting refugee children, she learned the power of small, human acts during moments of profound hardship. That experience became a compass for her professional life, guiding her toward work that prioritizes compassion, accountability, and meaningful support for people facing circumstances they did not choose. Her advocacy is rooted in a belief that injured individuals deserve both respect and a steady guide when navigating unfamiliar and often intimidating systems.

Before entering personal injury practice, Harriet spent several years working in Title IX compliance and investigations with Brigham Young University. In that role, she focused on the resolution of sexual harassment complaints and the careful, ethical handling of sensitive matters affecting individuals and communities. She now works in personal injury pre-litigation, where she supports clients from the earliest stages of their claims, helping them understand their options and ensuring their voices are not lost in the process. Her experience across compliance and injury advocacy informs a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to each case.
