About Brett Jarvis

Brett Jarvisโ€™s path into personal injury law was shaped by an early belief that the rule of law exists to protect individual liberty and balance power. From a young age, he was drawn to the idea that justice should apply equally, regardless of wealth or influence. That conviction continues to drive his advocacy for people who are injured and suddenly forced to stand up to insurance companies, corporations, or government entities with far greater resources.

โ€œJustice is indiscriminately due to all, without regard to numbers, wealth, or rank.โ€

โ€“John Jay, first Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, 1794.

Since beginning his legal career in the late 2010s, Brett has focused on litigation and trial advocacy, building extensive courtroom experience through daily practice. He began as a prosecutor, where he tried cases before judges and juries and learned how to present clear, persuasive arguments under pressure. He later served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho, litigating complex matters against corporate and governmental actors. That work reinforced his commitment to holding wrongdoers accountable and directly informs how he now represents injured people in personal injury matters.
