1. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age and current residents of the United States.
- Employees and immediate family members of Feller & Wendt, LLC™ are not eligible to win prizes.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
2. How to Enter
To enter our contests/giveaways, participants must complete one of the following actions:
- Follow our official social media accounts on the platforms specified in the contest announcement.
- Comment and/or tag other eligible participants on our social media posts/ads.
- Respond appropriately to any email or SMS communications regarding the contest/giveaway.
- Complete and submit any required forms as indicated in the contest rules.
- Additional entry methods may be specified for each individual contest or giveaway.
Entries must be submitted during the entry period specified in the contest announcement. Entries submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
3. Prize Selection
- If multiple prizes are available, participants may select which prize they would like to win when that option is provided. Selecting a specific prize means the participant is only eligible to win that chosen prize.
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a computerized selection process or a similar randomization method.
4. Notification of Winners
- Winners will be notified via email, SMS, or social media message within 5 business days of the contest end date.
- If the winner does not respond within 2 business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
- If a prize requires in-person pick-up, it must be claimed within 3 business days at the designated Feller & Wendt, LLC™ office location. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
5. Prizes and Conditions
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless specified.
- In the event that the advertised prize is unavailable, Feller & Wendt, LLC™ reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- All taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Disqualification
Feller & Wendt, LLC™ reserves the right to disqualify any entry if:
- False or misleading information is provided.
- Fraud, tampering, or any other form of manipulation is suspected.
- Participants fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
7. Liability Release
By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Feller & Wendt, LLC™, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
8. Affiliations and Disclaimers
- This contest/giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, or any other social media platform unless otherwise specified.
- Feller & Wendt, LLC™ is not affiliated with any third-party company or brand whose products/services may be offered as prizes unless explicitly stated in the contest details.
9. Privacy
Information collected from participants will be used according to our privacy policy.
10. Modifications and Termination
Feller & Wendt, LLC™ reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any contest or giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or other factors beyond the Firm’s control.
