What Case Are You Most Proud Of? – Colton Schneider

A case result I’m particularly proud of is a case I worked for a young man who was involved in a pretty significant collision. He was a high school student. He was riding with his friends and horrific collision with a tractor trailer. One of his classmates passed away in the collision. The other individuals in the vehicle were catastrophically injured. And to tell it his way, it was the worst day in his life.

And through our representation, we were able to not only get him through that, but we made a significant recovery for him. And part of that recovery is that he was able to set up a trust, which will now help benefit him for the rest of his life. So going forward, he’ll have that safety net. He’ll have money to pay for college. He’ll graduate with no debt. When he gets married, he’ll have money to put down in a house, and he’ll always have this protection there too. And so it was incredibly moving to me to think that one of the worst days of his life could turn into such a blessing for him, for the rest of it.
