What Are Some of the Unique Ways Feller & Wendt Advocates for Their Clients as They Negotiate with Insurance Companies?
Video Description
Some of the unique ways that we advocate for our clients: first, we don’t do it on every case, but we actively focus group cases. So not everybody knows what focus grouping is, but that’s it’s kind of akin to a mock trial. We bring folks from the community because, again we want cases that help make our community safer. How do we know if it’s making the community safer? Well, we bring the community in, and we ask them. So we’ll present the facts to them, get their information and their Insight, and that helps us to best develop the case so that we can maximize value. The second thing that I think is very unique to what we do is what we call medical management. So, a lot of personal injury law firms, they get a volume of cases in. They kind of assess a person’s injuries, the event that caused those injuries, they’ll kind of summarize it, put it together in a demand after a couple months of treatment, and then try to get a resolution and they’ll get a resolution. We don’t do that. We’re managing your medical treatment from day one. We want to know what doctors you’re going to, who you’re seeing, what your treatment plan is. We need you to communicate that information to us; why because we know what type of information and what type of treatment you’re going to need to have documented in the medical records, which is our best source of evidence so that we can build the best case for you and give you the best opportunity to maximize recovery. Those are two of the big I think differences that we do at Feller & Wendt, LLC™. The third one is just in our motto. Our motto is “our family protecting yours”, and we mean that. When you come in here, we’re going to treat you like family. So I’ve represented my brothers, I’ve represented my sister, I’m going to treat you the same way as them. I’m going to handle your case the same way, my teams are, we treat you like family.
